8-Port Entry-Level Multi-Gigabit Switch
The PSX8 is a compact 8-port 2.5G Ethernet Switch with PoE+ support, designed to power WiFi 6/6E Access Points, IP cameras,
workstations, and IoT devices. With multi-gigabit data transfer and a fanless, silent design, it’s ideal for small to medium-sized networks in noise-sensitive environments like offices, classrooms, or retail spaces.
Power over Ethernet (PoE)
Power over Ethernet (PoE) supplies power and data over a single Ethernet cable connection. This reduces installation cost and effort for locations without available power lines.
The PSX8 Switch offers versatile PoE and PoE+ (802.3af/at) support, providing up to 30W per port to power a wide range of devices. PoE also enables centralized management and monitoring of the
power supply for devices connected to Plasma Cloud PoE Switches.
Mounting Options
The PSX8 Switch offers versatile installation options for rack, wall,
and desktop setups. The Switch can be securely mounted to a standard 19-inch rack or fixed to a wall with the included brackets. For desktop installation, the provided rubber feet can be easily attached to the underside of the unit, allowing for stable, non-slip placement on flat surfaces.
