Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please initiate a return request as soon as possible.

What to Provide
- Incorrect Items: Include what should have been received and what is wrong.
- Damaged Items: Provide photos of product + packaging.
Important: Keep original packaging. We will file carrier claims and keep you updated.
Warranty Claims
Each manufacturer has its own process. Some are handled directly, others through Streakwave.
Streakwave Supplemental Warranty
Select products include up to two (2) additional years of coverage after the manufacturer warranty ends.
- End-users only
- Not valid for resale
- Must be purchased directly from Streakwave
- Must meet original manufacturer warranty conditions
Eligibility must be stated on your invoice or sales order.
How to Initiate a Warranty Return
- Visit Warranty by Brand
- Start return:
- Manufacturer direct → use their link
- Streakwave → Submit RMA
- Guest → email RMA@streakwave.com
- Get RMA number
- Wait for instructions before shipping
Shipping for Warranty Claims
- You pay return shipping unless stated otherwise
- Insurance recommended
- We cover standard return shipping (U.S.)
- You cover expedited / international costs
