Epygi ACD Console (EAC) – for agents and supervisors to monitor and control call center functionality.Automatic Outbound Calling (AOC) – automates outbound calls directly to clients. The bundle provides one port for connecting the EAC. If you need to connect more EACs, the equivalent number of Call Center bundles should be ordered.Auto Dialer – automates outgoing calls to clients, enabling the use of pre-recorded and regularly updated messages.
