It activates a Call Recording port on the ecQX, which can record one call at a time. To record more calls simultaneously, activate additional Call Recording ports. The max size of recordingspace in the cloud is 14 Gbytes (approx. 482 hours). ecQX can be configured to download all recordings to an FTP server for long-term archiving.Max number of Call Recording ports allowed on an ecQX instance is 150.
