Course Description
Grandstream's Senior Technical Trainer, Abdel Jaibar will cover the course material for the Grandstream Certified Professional UC series certification. This course covers install, setup and deployment, as well as maintenance on our top notch IPPBX system. The training includes hands-on labs and exercises designed to help students become proficient at configuring and deploying our UC solutions surrounding the UCM series IPPBX.
